AGIBOT Hosts Robotics Showcase Event in Southern California

Irvine, California – March 20, 2026】 AGIBOT, a global robotics company specializing in embodied intelligence, today hosted a robotics showcase event in Irvine, California, bringing together partners, developers, and educators for an in-person look at its latest technologies and applications.

The event highlighted AGIBOT’s latest robotics portfolio, flexible deployment model, and ongoing collaboration with ecosystem partners in the US.

Underscoring the strategic importance of the US market, Patrick Gao, VP of AGIBOT North America, said: “The US is a key market for the development and real-world application of physical AI. California has built a strong innovation ecosystem for the sector, bringing together developers, start-ups, and leading technology companies. AGIBOT believes that by combining its embodied intelligence solutions with more accessible business models, broader real-world adoption of robotics can be accelerated — and we are ready to support that process.”

Emphasizing the value of the collaboration, Sam Li, Founder and CEO of RobotX, added: “Cutting-edge humanoid hardware, such as the systems brought into real-world use by AGIBOT, is continuously evolving. This partnership strengthens RobotX’s ability to develop a self-iterating, closed-loop Physical AI organism. Today, we are watching it come to life.”

Robotics Demonstrated Across Multiple Use Cases

At the event, AGIBOT presented a range of its humanoid and quadruped robotic systems, designed for use in real-world environments. The portfolio includes:

  • AGIBOT A2 Series — full-sized humanoid platforms designed for multimodal interaction and autonomous navigation, enabling deployment in reception, retail, and service environments

  • AGIBOT X2 Series — compact, highly agile humanoids designed for natural interaction and expressive motion, supporting applications in education, research, and experiential environments

  • AGIBOT D1 Series — high-mobility quadruped robots designed for inspection, logistics, and mission-critical operations in complex and dynamic environments

  • AGIBOT G2 Series — wheeled humanoids optimized for industrial precision assembly and continuous operations through real-world reinforcement learning

  • AGIBOT C5 Series — autonomous cleaning solutions for commercial spaces

Live demonstrations showed how these systems can operate in practical scenarios, offering a closer look at their capabilities in navigation, interaction, and task execution.

Exploring Flexible Deployment Models

As part of the showcase, AGIBOT introduced Botsharing US, a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model that provides rental and leasing options for robotic systems. The model is intended to support a variety of short- and medium-term use cases, including exhibitions, educational programs, and commercial service scenarios, offering organizations a flexible way to explore robotics in practice.

Easy robot rentals, now available on botsharing.us

Through botsharing.us can rent robotic systems starting from US$300 with flexible durations from as short as one day, supported by comprehensive services including on-site onboarding, remote technical support, and ongoing maintenance to ensure reliable operation, making it an accessible and cost-effective way for everyday users to experience and utilize robotics technology.

The event also highlighted AGIBOT’s collaboration with RobotX in supporting robotics education and broader ecosystem development in the US. Through partnerships with educational institutions and industry participants, these efforts focus on encouraging hands-on engagement with robotic systems and supporting talent development.

Echoing this view, Winnie Han, Professor of Computer Science at California State University and co-initiator of the American AI Education Alliance, noted that “demand for robotics is exploding, but talent and hardware resources have yet to keep up. I welcome this kind of collaboration and believe it can help accelerate robotics implementation in the US.”

This event provided an opportunity for attendees to engage directly with AGIBOT’s technologies and explore how embodied intelligence is being applied in practical settings.
